Automated security scans ensure your WordPress site is continuously monitored for new vulnerabilities and configuration drift.

Why Schedule Scans

Setting Up Scheduled Scans

1. Go to WPSEC → Settings → Scans.
2. Enable Scheduled Scanning.
3. Choose a frequency:

   • Custom — Set a specific schedule using cron intervals.
4. Select which scan types to include.
5. Enable email notifications for new findings.

Reviewing Scan Results

After each automated scan, results are available in WPSEC → Hardening. If email notifications are enabled, you will receive a summary of any new findings.
